Considering that the Caps' main issue seems to be being too passive on the PK--and keeping in mind the team finished 6th in GA at 5-on-5 last year, and was mainly burned at special teams against Montreal--this is great news. We'll see how it works, but I'd bet the Caps' PK will not only allow fewer goals, but score more shorties as well. Boo-yah.
